The following rules include reasons for voiding bets.
Bets will be settled based on the official result of the relevant organization announced immediately after the fight, regardless of any subsequent disqualification or amendment to the result (unless the amendment was made due to human error when announcing the result).
Bets on a given fighter to achieve a certain number of significant strikes, submission attempts or takedowns will be settled based on the statistics provided by the relevant organisation (for example, the UFC).
If a fight is changed from three rounds to five or five rounds to three, Match Betting bets will stand, but all other markets will be void.
If a 'no contest' is declared, all bets will be void except those that have been unconditionally determined.
If a bet is placed after the relevant result or outcome is known, then the bet will be void.
If a fight is postponed, bets will stand if the rescheduled event occurs within 48 hours. Otherwise, bets on that fight will be void.
If there is a substitution for one of the fighters, bets on the original contest will be void.
Odds are offered for each fighter to win the fight, and in the event of a draw, all match bets will be void and stakes returned (for these purposes, draws will include fights that end in a 'majority draw').
For the purposes of this market, a knockout/technical knockout (KO/TKO) includes the following:
For the purposes of this market, a submission includes the following:
In the event of a disqualification or a ‘no contest’ being declared, bets on this market will be void.
If a fighter withdraws in the period between rounds, the fight will be deemed to have ended in the previous round for the purpose of Round Betting settlement.
If the scheduled number of rounds is changed before the fight, all Round Betting bets will be void.
For Total Rounds settlement purposes, 2 minutes and 30 seconds will represent half a round (if the round lasts for 5 minutes). For example, for a bet on ‘Over 1.5 rounds’ to be a winner, the fight must last beyond 2 minutes and 30 seconds in round two. If the number of rounds in a fight is changed after Total Rounds markets have been set, then all bets on these markets will be void.
If a fight is stopped at exactly 2 minutes 30 seconds of the round, bets on Total Rounds for that specific round will be void.
Any fighter who wins before the fight goes its scheduled distance is declared the winner. If the fight goes to a decision, then the cumulative scores of all the judges will be used to determine the winner.
Bets will be settled based on the round in which the fight ends and the method of victory. Bets on this market will be deemed losing bets if the fight ends in a decision.
In the event of a technical decision, for settlement purposes, the fight will have been deemed not to have gone the distance (i.e. the scheduled number of rounds).
The Sportsbook General Rules will apply for any category of bets or markets not referred to in these Specific Sports Rules.
