The following rules include reasons for voiding bets.
If there is a presentation ceremony, bets will be settled in accordance with the official result of the relevant governing body at the time of the ceremony.
If there is no presentation ceremony, bets will be settled in accordance with the official result of the relevant governing body immediately after the event.
The above applies regardless of any subsequent disqualification or amendment to the result (except if an amendment is announced within 24 hours of the initial settlement of the relevant market in order to correct an error in reporting the result).
If a bet is placed after the relevant result or outcome is known, then the bet will be void.
All stage betting will be settled in accordance with the results of the relevant governing body at the time of the ceremony. This is regardless of whether the stage has been shortened due to adverse weather conditions or any other reason.
If the named rider fails to start the stage, all bets on that rider will be void. If the named rider is involved in a dead heat for first place in any stage, this will count as a stage win.
Head-to-heads will be settled based on the cyclist achieving the highest placing in the specified event/stage. If one or both cyclists do not start the specified event/stage, then bets will be void. If both cyclists start but fail to finish the specified event/stage, then bets will be void. If both cyclists start the specified event/stage and only one fails to finish, then the cyclist who completes the specified event/stage will be deemed the winner.
The Sportsbook General Rules will apply for any category of bets or markets not referred to in these Specific Sports Rules.
