This is what poker should be, which is why we’re delighted to bring you Streaks – your new weekly way to get more for your time at the tables.  

Every Thursday at midnight marks a new chance to hit six Streaks with your poker activity. All of them come with a guaranteed prize, and the first two can skyrocket, with Gold Power Passes worth €9,300 up for grabs in a prize draw.

You reach the third? Every Streak you hit from there gives you a cash reward, from €15 up to €100.

And if your streak comes to an end, you can simply start again the next week.

Plus, if you complete at least one Streak during the first three weeks of the promotion (January 16-February 5), you’ll gain entry to a special €60K freeroll on February 9 at 20:00 CET, with your starting chip stack determined by how many Streaks you’ve completed over the three-week period (see below for more details). Players who qualify will receive a ticket for the freeroll between the 6-7 February.

Streaks €60K Freeroll:

The freeroll will take place on February 9 at 20:00 CET, and there will be €60K in prizes up for grabs, including a Gold Power Pass.

To qualify, complete at least one Streak between January 16-February 5.

Your starting stack will be determined by the number of Streaks you’ve completed over that period, as follows:

• 1-2 Streaks completed: 5,000 chips
• 3-5 Streaks completed: 7,500 chips
• 6-8 Streaks completed : 10,000 chips
• 9-11 Streaks completed: 12,500 chips
• 12+ Streaks completed: 15,000 chips

What is being offered

1. These Terms and Conditions (“Promotion Terms”) set out the terms and conditions on which eligible participants may earn prizes (“Prizes”) by accumulating rake on real money poker games (the “Promotion”).

When is the offer being conducted

2. The Promotion will run weekly from 00:00 CET on January 16, 2025 to 23:59 CET on March 19, 2025 (the “Promotion Period”).
3. The period of each week of the Promotion will begin at 00:00 CET on Thursday and end at 23:59 CET on the following Wednesday (each a “week”).

Who is eligible to take part and how can you participate

4. To be eligible to enter the Promotion, you must not be opted in to the PokerStars Select Diamond rewards program
5. To participate in the Promotion, during the Promotion Period you must:
   1. opt in to the Promotion via the ‘Challenges’ section of your PokerStars account on www.pokerstars.fr (the “Website”); and
   2. within each week of the Promotion Period, complete 1 or more of a total of 6 streaks (each a “Streak”) by accumulating the amount of rake specified below for each Streak:
      1. Streak 1: €10
      2. Streak 2: €25
      3. Streak 3: €75
      4. Streak 4: €100
      5. Streak 5: €200
      6. Streak 6: €300

(together, the “Promotion Requirements”).

6. Rake accumulated on any real money cash poker game on the Website will count towards the Promotion Requirements.
7. The Rake targets stated for each Streak are individual, not the cumulative amount of rake during the week. It means that each rake target is the amount to reach during this step. Example, to complete Streak 3, participants will need to accumulate €75 for this level, which comes to €110 for the week (the €75 of this streak, plus €10 and €25 for Streak 1 and 2).

The Prizes

8. Upon completing the Promotion Requirements for 1 or more Streaks, you will receive a promotional chest (each a “Chest”) for each completed Streak. Chests will contain prizes corresponding to the completed Streaks as follows:
   1. Streak 1: [Prize Draw Item (as described in Section 10 below)]
   2. Streak 2: [Prize Draw Item (as described in Section 10 below)]
   3. Streak 3: €10 cash
   4. Streak 4: €25 cash
   5. Streak 5: €40 cash
   6. Streak 6: €100 cash
9. Chests will be available in your PokerStars account immediately on completion of the Promotion Requirements for the relevant Streaks.
10. A “Prize Draw Item” will consist of 1 of the following prizes allocated at random based on the probability percentages specified for each prize:

11. A “Power Path Pass” will consist of one of the following:
    1. Bronze Power Passes have a value of €100 and may be used for selected online poker tournaments on the Website.
    2. Silver Power Path Passes have a value of €2,300 and may be used for selected PokerStars regional live events or selected online poker tournaments on the Website.
    3. Gold Power Path Passes have a value of €9,300 and may be used for any PokerStars European Poker Tour (EPT) live event or selected online poker tournaments on the Website.
12. 1. A Power Path Step 1 ticket is a ticket that can be used in any €0.50 Power Path Spin & Go tournament.
    2. A Power Path Step 4 ticket is a ticket that can be used in any Power Path €50 Multi-Table tournament.

Claiming and redeeming the Prizes

13. A Chest must be opened within 7 days of receipt, otherwise it will be automatically withdrawn along with the Prize contained within it.
14. To redeem a Power Path Pass, you must visit the ‘Power Path’ tab on the Website and select one of the bundles available for the relevant pass.

Wagering requirements and limitations by type of game

15. Cash Prizes are not subject to wagering requirements and may be withdrawn from your PokerStars account without restriction.

Terms applicable to Live Event Bundles

16. If you choose to redeem a Silver or Gold Power Path Pass for a bundle which includes entry to a PokerStars live Event (“Live Event Bundle”), the following terms will apply:
    1. participation in a PokerStars live event is subject the PokerStars live events terms available at www.pokerstarslive.com/about/tos/;
    2. Live Event Bundles do not include any costs, taxes, fees, expenses and/or arrangements not expressly specified in the description of the Power Path Pass Prizes. You are solely responsible for, and we will not be liable to reimburse you or your companions, any such additional charges and expenses;
    3. it is your responsibility for checking any requirements for the hotel, event venue and any other supplier providing elements of the Live Event Bundle. You are bound by, and must comply with, any terms and conditions set out on their event and the rules, regulations, requirements and policies of the hotel, event venue, event promoter and any other supplier connected with the Prize. We are not responsible for your failure to gain entry or re-entry to the hotel and/or event, or to participate in any element of the prize, due to any action/inaction on your or your companions’ part;
    4. it is your responsibility to check and ensure that you satisfy all customs, security and immigration requirements in relation to travel between the travel destination and your country of departure (including all requirements relating to passports, visas and other documentation). We have no liability if you are refused entry because you do not satisfy such requirements and you are solely responsible for all costs associated with refused entry; 
    5. it is your responsibility to check any government travel advisories relating to the travel destination and to determine what action to take in relation to any such advisories. We have no liability if you do not make such checks, if you choose to travel despite the advice given in any relevant advisory, or if you choose not to travel on the advice given in any relevant advisory (in which case we will not be obliged to offer a substitute prize); 
    6. it is your responsibility to check whether any vaccinations and/or prescription medicines are recommended or required prior to travel and we have no liability in this respect; 
    7. it is your responsibility to take out your own travel insurance in connection with the Live Event Bundle. We will have no liability for any failure by you to take out travel insurance and/or to comply with the terms and conditions of your travel insurance policy;
    8. We have no liability for lost or stolen tickets, vouchers, certificates and/or other documentation connected with the Live Event Bundle; and
    9. You must not do anything that may bring us, or any of the Flutter Group, or its commercial partners into disrepute. We may take appropriate action (including the removal of any element of the Live Event Bundle) if you act in a way which we reasonably consider to bring us, or any of the Flutter Group, or its commercial partners into disrepute.
