What is the promotion?

• The PokerStars Welcome Pack consists of:
  1. €20 worth of tournament tickets

How do I qualify?

1. €20 worth of tournament tickets
   • You will get 5 tickets worth €5 when registering your account.
   • You need to submit a valid government-issued photo ID to get the remaining tickets worth €15.
   • The tournament tickets will be issued to your account once your photo ID has been reviewed and approved.
2. Deposit bonus up to €50
   
   • A tournament ticket bundle worth up to €50 will be issued after a first deposit of €10 or more is made using the Bonus Code ‘POKERSTARS’ in the Cashier.
   • Your deposit amount will determine the size of the ticket bundle as follows:
     1. Deposit €10 - €19.99 for a €10 ticket bundle
     2. Deposit €20 - €29.99 for a €20 ticket bundle
     3. Deposit €30 - €39.99 for a €30 ticket bundle
     4. Deposit €40 - €49.99 for a €40 ticket bundle
     5. Deposit €50 or more for a €50 ticket bundle
   • If no Bonus Code was used on your first deposit, you may:
     1. Contact our Support team within 30 days from the time of the deposit and request the bonus to be applied manually for the initial amount deposited, or;
     2. Make a new qualifying deposit with the code within 30 days from the time of the first deposit.
   • Please note that you will only be able to claim one tournament ticket bundle.
3. €100 Welcome Mission
   
   • The €100 Welcome Mission will be issued to your account upon the validation of your AVC (Account Validation Code).

What will I receive?

1. €20 worth of tournament tickets
   • You will receive a tournament ticket bundle worth a total of €20.
   • This ticket bundle will contain the following tickets: 5 x €1 tickets, 1 x €5 ticket, and 1 x €10 ticket.
2. Deposit bonus up to €50
   • Your ticket bundle will be credited over the course of six days, and you will receive one ticket per day.
   • Your deposit amount when using the code ‘POKERSTARS’ will determine the size of the ticket bundle as follows:

3. €100 Welcome Mission
   • You will activate a €100 Welcome Mission which can be released by playing poker over the course of 30 days.
   • €5 installments will be issued automatically every time 75 Redemption Points are earned at our poker tables.
   • You can earn up to 20 x €5 installments for a total amount of €100.

What games can I play to fulfil the Redemption Points requirement in the Welcome Mission?

• You will earn 5 points for every €1 you pay in rake or tournament fees.
• Redemption Points can only be earned in poker games.

Where can I find my rewards and see my progress in the Welcome Mission?

• You can find your tickets in the ‘My Stars’ section.
• You can see your progress towards the Welcome Mission by going to the ‘Challenges’ section.

What do I need to do before I can withdraw my winnings from the Welcome Pack?

• Any cash rewards from this promotion will be credited instantly to your account balance and will be yours to keep, with no restrictions and no extra earning requirements.

What else do I need to know?

• Tickets issued from this promotion are non-refundable, non-transferable and cannot be converted into cash.
• Unused tickets will expire 30 days after being issued.
• Tickets issued from this promotion cannot be used at Heads-Up Sit & Go tables.
• If you have tickets available in your account, you will not be able to register in eligible games using funds from your cash balance before the available tickets have been used.
