To celebrate PokerStars.fr first birthday, Team PokerStars Pro Bertrand 'ElkY' Grospellier has an incredible gift in store for you. That's because he is giving YOU the chance to win a share of any prize money he earns at the Main Event in Las Vegas (July 7-19, final table November 5-7).
You can find the Le Cadeau d'ElkY freeroll by opening the PokerStars.fr lobby, and then clicking 'Tourney' and 'Freeroll'.
It takes place Thursday, June 30 at 21:00 CET. The top five players will each receive a 1% share of any prize money won by ElkY at the Main Event in Las Vegas.
ElkY The Phenomenon
Bertrand "ElkY" Grospellier is a French poker legend. This year is already shaping up to be another good one for ElkY. In May alone he earned over one million dollars after victories at two High Roller events at the EPT Madrid Grand Final, plus his first SCOOP title.
Recently, the famous Team PokerStars Pro distinguished himself yet again, by winning $331,639, the gold bracelet and the 2011 World Championship title at Event #21 in Las Vegas!
This victory also means that ElkY is now the fourth player to win the "Triple Crown" after his WPT and PCA victories. In total, the French phenomenon has accumulated more than $8,000,000 in live tournaments!
