Free Bets: Everything you need to know

Where can I see if I have any Free Bets?

Check your Free Bets on the right-hand side of your bet slip. You will see how many you have, and you can get more details by clicking on them. You have to use Free Bets all at once on one bet, as they can’t be split.

How do I use a Free Bet?

To use your Free Bet, tap the odds you'd like to bet on to add them to the bet slip. If the bet is eligible, you'll see a menu where you can choose your Free Bet. Select the Free Bet, press 'Place Bet' and you're on!

What types of bets can I use my Free Bet on?

You can use your Free Bet on single or multiple bets. Free Bets can't be used on system bets. Remember, there may be rules attached to the Free Bet. For example, some can only be used on in-play bets. Tap on the Free Bet to see the details of the bet.

What else do I need to know?

Free bets are 'stake not returned' (SNR). This means that if your bet wins, you receive the winnings only, not the stake back. For example, you place a $10 Free Bet at odds of 3.5, and it wins. Your winnings are $25. If you placed the same bet at odds of 9.0, your winnings would be $80.

Free Bets expire after seven days. This means that once the Free Bet is credited, you have exactly seven days to place the bet, or it will expire unused.

Why is my Free Bet missing?

You must use your Free Bet in the currency we issued it in. If your Free Bet does not appear in your bet slip, check if it was issued in a different currency. You may need to change your currency to place your Free Bet. For example, if you use mainly EUR, check if the Free Bet is in USD.

Change your preferred currency by going to the Cashier. Select:

• Manage Currencies → Preferred Currency

Now log out of your account and back in to see the changes. Remember to switch back after you place your bet.

Why can't I use my Free Bet?

If you're having trouble using your Free Bet, here are some things to check:

• Free Bets can be used on single wagers, doubles or any other type of accumulator bet. Free Bets can't be used on system bets. Make sure you're choosing an eligible bet type.
• Make sure to check the rules of the promotion. Some offers involve placing a bet on a certain sport or market to qualify for the Free Bet.
• Check that you opted into the promotion correctly.
