Limiting your deposit amount is a great way to enjoy our games responsibly.
In line with the French regulations, it's mandatory to have a weekly deposit limit. The minimum amount allowing you to deposit is €10. This limit applies to all of our product deposit methods, it includes everyone based in France and you can't remove it.
The self-imposed deposit limit is accumulative. The limit will consider any transactions you've made in the last 7 days. For example:
If you're temporarily unable to make a deposit, you've likely reached your limit, and you'll have to wait until the limit resets before making another transaction.
To see details of the transactions you've made during the last seven days, go to the Cashier and select 'Transaction History'.
If you haven’t reached your self-imposed deposit limit, you might have reached the maximum deposit limit for the payment method you're trying to use.

No. When a self-imposed deposit limit is applied, it can't be reversed or changed until the limitation period has expired.
The self-imposed deposit limit is the one you've set up yourself. The regulatory limit corresponds to the deposit limit requirements that some countries or jurisdictions define. You'll only be able to deposit less than the limits established by regulations and the personal limit you've set up.
Deposit limits can sometimes be confused with the 7-day accumulated buy-in limit.
Your deposit limits apply only to the amount of money you can deposit to your account within a given time. They do not count your participation in the games.
On the other hand, the 7-day accumulated buy-in limit does not take into account your deposits, only the amount you spend while playing.
