Deposits and Withdrawals: Updating stored bank details

Updating your stored bank details is very easy! Go to the Cashier, select the Withdrawal tab, and enter your new bank details.

Also, keep in mind that you'll need a real-money balance to register your bank details. If your account's balance is 0.00, you won't have the option to register the bank details.

You can only submit details of a bank account within France. We no longer support direct bank transfers to banks located in EEA countries.

After updating your registered bank account details, send us a copy of a Relevé d'Identité Bancaire (RIB) or a recent bank statement to complete the authentication. You can scan or take a digital picture of the document and upload it via our desktop software, mobile app, or website. Until then, you'll be able to deposit and play real money games, but you won't be able to withdraw funds.
