To just close your account, contact us. We'll be happy to help.
When we close an account, it'll remain in our system. If you want to play again in the future, you’ll need to open a new account. However, we don't allow repeatedly closing an account and re-opening a new one. Anyone found doing this risks having their account closed and unable to play again.

If you have a real money balance, we'll return it to you as part of the account closure process.
We can't close your account while you're active at one of our real money tables. Leave the table and then contact us so we can go ahead with closing your account.
If you're registered in any tournaments that have yet to start, we'll unregister you automatically.
